Automotive Hardware Design Engineer - Audio

Akkodis is hiring for an Automotive Hardware Design Engineer - Audio to Join a leading global automotive innovator driving the future of mobility.

Basic Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics, Telecommunication, or equivalent Engineering
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive embedded electronics designs or hardware/system architectural role.
• Knowledge of In-vehicle infotainment system, Audio system, Automotive vehicle connectivity systems and ECU design, development, and testing.
• Experience in Automotive ECU design, Audio standards, automotive testing and certification.
• Strong teamwork spirit, excellent oral and written communication skills.

Expectations

Not full PCB design; focus is on component engineering for audio systems.

Ability to map/replace parts based on component characteristics.

Understanding of:

o Audio system components

o ANC/RNC (noise cancellation)

o LNA components

Automotive audio domain strongly preferred.
