We are looking for an experienced candidate with deep expertise in embedded firmware and automotive systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing secure software solutions aligned with industry standards.
You will work closely with global teams and customer stakeholders to define system requirements, perform risk analysis, and implement security countermeasures. The role requires strong technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to troubleshoot complex firmware and system-level issues.
Your tasks
- Defining and implementing cybersecurity solutions for automotive systems
- Performing threat modelling and risk analysis for embedded platforms
- Developing and debugging embedded firmware and security software
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional and global teams
- Engaging with customer stakeholders to build technical trust
- Supporting system-level integration and validation activities
- Driving continuous improvements and innovation
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of automotive systems and embedded firmware
- Expertise in cybersecurity standards, protocols, and cryptography
- Skilled in C programming and UML (Enterprise Architect)
- Solid understanding of microcontroller and microprocessor architectures
- Hands-on experience with SoC architecture and system-level integration
- Familiarity with functional safety (ISO 26262) requirements
- Awareness of automotive cybersecurity standards (ISO 21434)
- Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting complex systems
Nice to have
- Strong innovation mindset for solving complex automotive problems
- Experience in automotive software development processes
