Automotive Cybersecurity Penetration Test Engineers & Leads

Join Tata Elxsi as an Automotive Cybersecurity Professional and contribute to the safety and security of next-generation automotive systems. We are seeking engineers and leads with expertise in cybersecurity testing for automotive ECUs, who can develop robust test scenarios, automate testing processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cybersecurity testing for automotive ECUs, including secure boot, secure diagnostics, HSM, and PKI infrastructure.
• Develop test setups, plans, cases, and scripts for penetration testing and fuzz testing.
• Execute and analyze test reports, ensuring thorough bug tracking and issue resolution.
• Perform validation on interfaces such as CAN/CAN FD, Ethernet, Flexray, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, JTAG, and SPI.
• Work on test automation and cybersecurity test bench setups.
• Collaborate with system engineering, software development, and design teams for cybersecurity activities.
• Apply standards like ISO 21434, UNECE WP.29, and cybersecurity algorithms in development.
• Support incident management and conduct cybersecurity assessments and audits.

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of ASPICE processes (SWE.4, SWE.5, SWE.6, SYS.4, SYS.5).
• Hands-on experience with Vector CANoe, vTESTstudio, CAPL scripting, and Python scripting.
• Familiarity with RTOS, QNX, Linux, Android, and their security features.
• Proficiency in tools like DOORS, JIRA, Kali Linux, IDA Pro, and Oracle Virtual Box.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive product development lifecycle and cybersecurity end-to-end processes.
