Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Automobiles Service Engineer, located in Hubli with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Service Engineer will be responsible for on-site troubleshooting, performing maintenance and repair tasks, providing technical support, and conducting field service activities. They will also ensure proper communication with clients and internal teams regarding service updates and solutions delivered.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and conducting diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues
- Experience in field service, including on-site visits and system evaluations
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and team coordination
- Competence in technical support for addressing customer concerns and queries
- Expertise in maintenance and repair of automotive or similar mechanical systems
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and travel for on-site servicing as required
- Basic understanding of emission regulations and applicable automotive standards is a plus
- Proven ability to adapt to hybrid work environments
