Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Selenium Trainer with Playwright Automation, based in Hyderabad. The trainer will conduct engaging classroom sessions on Selenium frameworks, ensuring industry-relevant curriculum delivery. Responsibilities include designing course content, providing hands-on training, troubleshooting technical issues faced by students, mentoring them on real-time projects, and offering guidance for career growth. Trainers will also be responsible for customizing training modules to meet the needs of diverse learner groups.

Qualifications

• Mandatory to have work experience as a trainer.
• Mandatory to have a strong hold on Playwright Automation.
• Proficiency in Selenium and associated tools, such as WebDriver, Grid, and IDE
• Experience in manual and automation testing methodologies
• Ability to teach programming languages such as Java, Python.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, including TestNG, JUnit, or similar
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and testing lifecycles (STLC)
• Experience in real-time project execution and scenarios is preferred
• Ability to adapt to classroom or training environment requirements
