We are seeking an experienced Automation Testing Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with our development teams to streamline testing processes and enhance the overall software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Analyze test requirements and create detailed test plans and test cases based on project specifications.
• Execute automated tests, monitor test results, and report defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality and improve testing processes.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and test scripts as needed.
• Perform regression testing and ensure high-quality software releases.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Strong experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Knowledge of database testing and SQL for back-end testing.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues with testing scripts and frameworks.
