About The Opportunity
Join a fast-moving engineering organization delivering scalable web applications and customer-facing portals. You will own automation frameworks and reliable E2E test suites to ensure quality across CI/CD pipelines and production releases.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain robust Playwright-based E2E test suites for web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Author reliable, maintainable automation scripts and page-object patterns to validate UI flows, cross-browser behavior, and accessibility checks.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable gated releases and shift-left testing (smoke, regression, and nightly runs).
- Collaborate with developers and QA to triage defects, validate API contracts, and ensure consistent test data and environments.
- Implement API-level automation for REST endpoints and combine API + UI tests for resilient end-to-end coverage.
- Continuously improve test flakiness, test run time, and reporting by implementing parallelization, retries, and observability.
