Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Tester with 5+ years of experience in automation testing using Java, Selenium, and Python. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing automation frameworks, writing efficient test scripts, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Develop and enhance automation frameworks using Java and Python.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements.
- Execute automated test cases and analyze results.
- Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test execution.
- Improve test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Good hands-on experience in Python scripting.
- Experience in automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, BDD (Cucumber).
- Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) and hybrid frameworks.
- Experience with API automation (REST Assured / Postman).
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL/Database validation.
- Knowledge of Docker or basic DevOps concepts.
- Experience in performance testing tools is an added advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
