R2R (Record to Report) or P2P (Procure to Pay) knowledge (either of these)

Team Handling Experience (add-on)

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the automation testing team.
Handle testing across Oracle Automation, specifically focusing on R2R or P2P processes.
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
Ensure quality and efficiency in test execution, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Oversee manual functional testing activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams for test execution.
Provide reports and insights to stakeholders regarding testing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
