Automation Test Lead

Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of automation testers and ensuring the quality of our software products. This is a full-time position based in India.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of automation testers
• Develop and implement automation test strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and issues
• Manage testing schedules and ensure timely delivery of test results
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on testing progress and results
• Continuously improve the automation testing process and tools

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5-9 years of experience in automation testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and JMeter
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• ISTQB certification is a plus
