Automation Test Engineer with at least 3-4 years of experience, specializing in automated software testing. Your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks to ensure the quality of applications.
Core Responsibilities
- Automation Development: You'll have hands-on experience in building complex automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and JUnit. You'll also automate the testing of complex, Ajax-based applications.
- Database & Tools: You should have experience with SQL/Oracle databases. A strong understanding of tools like Maven and continuous integration systems like Hudson/Jenkins is essential. You'll also use bug-tracking tools such as JIRA/Bugzilla.
- Testing Lifecycle: You will define and implement automation strategies, execute test cases, analyze results, and ensure all findings are well-documented. A solid understanding of QA methodologies like Agile and the Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) is also required
