Automation Test Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Experience designing and developing test plan, test strategies, traceability matrix;

Effective at quickly understanding technology and explaining it in non-technical terms;

Expertise on Adoption of BDD Methodology like Cucumber, Squish, JBehave, etc.

Expertise on automation tools like Selenium, Protractor, Robot etc.

Expertise on API Testing (Rest API, SOAP API or Postman or any other API testing tool)

Exposure to CI/CD automation pipelines

Expertise in one scripting languages - Java(Preferred), Java Script, Python, working knowledge of Linux.

Extensive scripting and development experience in a broad range of programming languages

Demonstrated presentation and proposal writing/preparation skills;

Participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives

Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software products

Design, plan, execute, monitor, improve testing process for a testing engagement;

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client facing environment and meet deadlines

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Proficient in functioning in an Agile team

Working knowledge of technologies used for Continuous Integration/Continuous Development & Continuous Testing.

Excellent communication skills, the ability to interact with senior leadership with confidence and clarity, proven leadership skills, software development experience, deep understanding of formal QA tools, methodology/processes and deep experience with service virtualization.

Good to have:-

CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools

Good understanding of Service requirements & Healthcare regulatory standards

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Solid understanding of agile development model

Ability to work independently with limited or no hand holding
