Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Automation Solution Architect who can work with one of the world's leading automation engineering teams to design and deliver advanced automation solutions for global clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in
automation architecture, framework design, and enterprise testing strategies, along with the ability to solve complex automation challenges across multiple domains.
This role will involve working closely with the
Automation Centre of Excellence (COE), supporting client engagements, conducting automation assessments, and building innovative solutions using modern automation tools and AI-enabled testing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable and enterprise-grade test automation solutions across diverse technology platforms and application landscapes.
- Design and implement robust automation frameworks including hybrid, keyword-driven, data-driven, and BDD/TDD frameworks.
- Establish and enforce automation best practices, standards, and governance models within the Automation COE.
- Conduct automation maturity assessments and audits across complex customer projects to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Evaluate and compare multiple automation tools and technologies such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, and Tosca to recommend the most effective solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their testing challenges and propose automation strategies and transformation roadmaps.
- Demonstrate and position AI-driven testing solutions to clients and support solution design tailored to their needs.
- Work closely with global delivery teams to build scalable automation solutions for enterprise programmes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to automation engineers and support capability development within the organisation.
- Design and lead enterprise-level automation strategies aligned with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1015 years of experience in software testing and test automation, with strong expertise in automation architecture.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Strong exposure to one or more automation tools including Appium, Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, and Katalon.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining enterprise-level automation frameworks.
- Experience implementing automation strategies across large and complex projects.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test automation integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and solution presentation skills.
