  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tool like ServiceNow, Automation Orchestration engine, Dynatrace etc.,
  • Experience with AIOps solution, Gen AI tools
  • Know-how of Automation architecture
  • Designing of customized automation solutions

Primary Skills

  • Experience in driving Automation solutions
  • Full understanding of Automation Architecture, industry standard tools
  • Knowledge and hands on experience with Automation platform, AIOPs , industry standard tools
  • Know-how of Generative AI solutions
  • Able to design automation solutions and arrive at productivity numbers.
  • Identification of automation candidates given process documents and ticket dump

Secondary Skills

  • Understanding and application of automation to process services in solutions.
  • Good understanding and experience with ITIL (ITIL V4) and production support processes, automation candidates within production support
  • Ability to lead automation team and build disruptive solutions
  • Understanding of automation market trends
