Overall Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts
- Perform functional and regression testing
- Identify and track software defects
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
Skills:
- Hands-on expertise in Selenium, Java.
- Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Experience in functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the development workflow.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in automation testing
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Write, maintain, and execute automated test cases
- Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts
- Review test cases and provide feedback
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
