Automation Frameworks

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks while building robust, scalable test scripts for both web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong Python scripting expertise and hands-on experience with Playwright and API test automation. This role requires a proactive mindset in continuously improving testing processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using Playwright
• Implement and manage automated REST API testing strategies using tools such as RestAssured or similar
• Write clean, reusable, and scalable test scripts in Python
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test requirements and ensure high test coverage
• Debug test failures, identify root causes, and coordinate with developers for resolution
• Continuously improve automation processes, test coverage, and test execution efficiency
• Document test results and contribute to QA process improvements

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Test Automation using Playwright
• Proficiency in Python scripting
• Hands-on experience in API test automation (e.g., RestAssured or similar tools)

Desired Skills:

• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing
