Job Description

We're looking for an Automation Executive with 2-3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our Finance team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and providing production support for automation solutions that streamline financial processes. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and a background in programming to ensure our automations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automation Development and Support: You will develop and maintain automation solutions and provide day-to-day production support for deployments. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and fixing production issues related to automations within various finance areas, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Work collaboratively to analyze and resolve system issues for end-users and developers. You will provide development and testing support and ensure all automations adhere to best practices and documentation standards.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in change management to help with the adoption of new processes. You'll also have the opportunity to develop new solutions and continuously improve existing ones.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in Robotic Process Automation, with experience in both development and production support preferred.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with UiPath is required. Proficiency with Python, SQL, Alteryx, and Microsoft Power Platform is preferred. Knowledge of programming fundamentals and entry-level proficiency with VB Script, SQL, or .Net is a significant asset.
  • Personal Attributes: You should be a self-motivated, creative problem-solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with various finance teams.
