• Capability to work independently and manage multiple systems.

Required Experience

• 13 years of experience in CRM automation or workflow engineering.
• Prior experience integrating social platforms (WhatsApp/Instagram) with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with pipelines, contact management, and automation rules.
