Department: Quality Assurance / Engineering
Location: Hybrid Hyderabad, India - 3 days/week from Office || Remote (remaining 2 days)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, maintain, and scale end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium, C#, Playwright, and API testing tools (e.g., RestSharp, Postman, Swagger).
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and UI components with a focus on reusability, maintainability, and performance.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (or equivalent DevOps tools) including build, test, release, and deployment automation.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA leads to define test strategies, identify testable requirements, and ensure test coverage across all layers (UI, API, integration).
- Perform test data management, environment setup, and test environment maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and debug test failures; provide root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Write and maintain technical documentation, test plans, execution reports, and automation best practices.
- Mentor junior automation engineers and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in automation, testing tools, and DevOps practices.
Core Technical Skills:
- 6+ years of professional experience in test automation within software development environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem (e.g., NUnit, xUnit, MSTest).
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Selenium WebDriver (with Page Object Model, Page Factory patterns)
- Playwright (for modern web automation cross-browser, fast execution, reliable selectors)
- API Automation (REST/SOAP) using RestSharp, Postman, Swagger, or custom frameworks
- Experience in test framework design & architecture (modular, reusable, scalable).
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline execution using Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines, build/release definitions, artifact management, variable groups, approvals).
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control and branching strategies.
- Familiarity with Docker, containers, and cloud-based test environments (preferred).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in sprint-based delivery cycles.
