Job Description

KeyResponsibilities:

Design and develop scalable Python scripts for task and process automation.
Build Flask-based APIs to enable cross-application integrations.
Write and manage SQL queries and support Oracle DB interactions as needed.
Maintain and enhance Windows batch files and use UNIX commands for system tasks.
Support and troubleshoot VB scripts and macros in existing automation processes.
Collaborate with business teams togatherautomation requirements.
Handle incident management and task resolution within SLAs.
Mentor junior team members (34 people) and ensure technical quality

RequiredSkills:

Strong Python programmingwith experience in Selenium, Pandas, NumPy.
Hands-on with Flask API development and modular Python scripting.
Moderate knowledge of SQL and Oracle DB procedures.
Experience with batch scripting and UNIX commands.
Familiarity with RPA and automation workflows.
Ability to debug legacy VB scripts and Excel macros.
GIT for source code management.
Knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and Argo Workflows is an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Self-driven and ownership-oriented with a no-excuse mindset.
Strong communicationand collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in RPA domains is highly preferred.
Experience in incident resolution and production support.
Ability to collect, document, and convert business needs into technical tasks.

Good To Have Skills:

Exposure to ML/DL concepts using Python.
Basic familiarity with React.js for building front-end utilities.
Experience in UNIX/Linux systems for automation and troubleshooting.
