We are seeking an experienced
Industrial Automation Engineer specializing in
process control systems using
Allen-Bradley or Rockwell Automation platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial automation systems in manufacturing or process industries.
Key Responsibilities
- PLC Programming & Troubleshooting: Develop, modify, and optimize PLC programs using Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation (RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000).
- SCADA & HMI Development: Configure and maintain FactoryTalk View, Wonderware, Ignition, or other SCADA/HMI systems for process monitoring and control.
- Process Control Implementation: Design and implement PID loops, motor control, flow, temperature, and pressure control strategies.
- Networking & Communication: Set up and maintain EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet, and other industrial communication protocols.
- Instrumentation & Field Devices: Integrate and calibrate sensors, transmitters, and actuators for industrial applications.
- System Integration: Work with VFDs, DCS, robotics, and other automation components for seamless integration.
- Testing & Commissioning: Lead system validation, testing, and on-site commissioning at client locations.
- Documentation & Compliance: Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISA, IEC, and NFPA.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
