Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales and service activities related to automation products
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers
• Handle customer inquiries related to automation solutions and services
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and service delivery
• Prepare basic technical documentation, reports, and service records
• Stay updated with automation technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 0–2 years of experience in a relevant sales or service role
• Knowledge of industrial automation products and systems
