Automation Engineer

The Automation Engineer is responsible for contributing to the design, development, and implementation of automation frameworks, tools, and solutions across various teams and departments.

This role will focus on improving efficiency, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and enabling continuous improvement by automating manual processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Automation Strategy: Assist lead in developing and executing the organizations automation strategy, including identifying areas for automation and establishing best practices.
• Framework Development : Assist lead in Designing and developing automation frameworks and scripts to automate repetitive tasks across software testing, deployment pipelines, and other business processes.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with software development, DevOps, QA, and business teams to implement automation solutions that meet the organizations goals.
• Test Automation: Assist Lead in automation of functional and non-functional testing, including unit tests, regression tests, and performance testing.
• Tool Selection and Implementation: Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies for automation, ensuring scalability and integration with existing systems.
• Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of automation initiatives, generating insights for continuous improvement and optimization.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that automation solutions meet the highest quality standards, reducing defects and improving overall productivity.
