As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Territory Service Manager to join our family.

What Your Role Entails

Engage with customers to understand electrical and control requirements and design optimized, compliant automation solutions ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop PLC programming philosophy, process flows, and flowcharts as per project needs during the office engineering phase. Guide vendors and internal teams in control panel design, FAT, field commissioning, system integration, and final handover. Additionally, plan and manage post-commissioning service support and maintenance visits to ensure smooth system performance.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Requirement Analysis

  • Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and application needs
  • Translate customer challenges into clear automation requirements

Solution Development & Presentation

  • Design and develop optimized automation solutions
  • Support proposal preparation and present solutions to customers
  • Contribute to business acquisition and customer conversion

Technical Evaluation & Costing

  • Evaluate solution feasibility and provide accurate costing inputs
  • Identify and assess vendors and solution partners for project requirements

Design Review & Engineering Governance

  • Review and approve final technical solutions
  • Provide critical inputs for control panel design and system architecture
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and best practices

Project Execution & Monitoring

  • Track PLC programming, development progress, and FAT/PDQ schedules
  • Monitor project timelines for commissioning and handover
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors during execution

Commissioning & Site Coordination

  • Oversee on-site commissioning activities
  • Coordinate with vendor teams and ensure smooth system handover

Performance Assurance & Documentation

  • Ensure system accuracy, repeatability, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain and review all electrical and control documentation
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle

Continuous Improvement & Optimization

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve solution efficiency, margins, and ROI
  • Drive innovation and enhance overall system performance

After-Sales Support & Service

  • Provide post-commissioning support, service, and maintenance to customers

Travel Requirement

  • Willingness to travel to project sites as per business needs

Your success is grounded in

Job Title: Automation Engineer

Educational Qualification: B.E. in E&TC / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics

Experience Required

  • Total Experience: 4 10 years

Functional & Technical Expertise

  • Industrial automation solutions for material testing, metrology & customized systems
  • Knowledge of conveying, material handling (Gantry/Robotics), sensors & vision systems
  • Familiarity with IS, ISO & IEC standards in panel design
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, SLD, control architecture & panel testing
  • PLC expertise: Siemens , Servo 7 Motor Drive
  • Programming languages: LAD, FBD, STL, SCL
  • Knowledge of HMI, OPC systems, indirect addressing & arrays
  • Experience in cable engineering, layouts & termination
  • Servo motors, VFDs & motion control systems
  • Vision systems: Cognex, Keyence, P&F
  • Communication protocols & MES/ERP/IT integration
  • Basic IT hardware, data acquisition & calibration

Where you'll be

This role is based in Pune, India and will involve handling the North Zone.
