- RPA Development:
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Automation Anywhere solutions to automate business processes.
- Analyze and understand business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
- Bot Development:
- Create and configure bots using Automation Anywhere Enterprise platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful bot deployment.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate automated processes, making necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during the development and testing phases.
- Documentation:
- Document technical specifications, process flows, and configurations for reference and future maintenance.
- Provide clear documentation for end-users and support teams.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)
Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
- Familiarity with business processes in various industries.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant Automation Anywhere certification is a plus
