Role Overview

As a Power Automate developer you will be responsible to

  • create and configure automated workflows for alliantgroup clients to streamline business process using Power Automate Platform.
  • Integrate, develop various custom solutions and provide ongoing support to inhouse and client projects
  • streamline business processes, increase efficiency, and reduce manual workload with expertise in both desktop and cloud-based automation solutions

What You'll Do:

  • Create and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud
  • Create To be process flows and work on technical design documents.
  • Develop custom connectors and actions as and when required in automation process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose automation solutions
  • Implement error handling and exception management in automated processes
  • Conduct thorough testing of automated workflows to ensure reliability and accuracy and perform UAT with business stakeholders.
  • Ensure that automated processes comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations
  • Foster client relationships by providing the right solutions, support, information, and guidance
  • Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or other related discipline.

Certifications:

Microsoft certified Power platform Fundamentals or Power platform developer Associate or Automation Anywhere A360 or, UiPath.

What are we looking for:

  • Minimum 4 years of total experience in RPA Development and 2+ years in Power automate.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including both desktop and cloud environments
  • Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering.
  • Experience in developing and consuming APIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business processes into streamlined automated workflows.
  • Proficiency in integrating various Microsoft 365 applications and third-party systems
  • Experience in implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Good interpersonal skills and be able to coordinate with other teams and clients.
  • Good understanding of Industry trends and emerging tools.
  • Good to have Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge and Hands on in PowerApps development.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate within the context of the intended audience, whether that be senior executives or highly technical engineering resources.
