Job Description

  • Roles
  • To execute site commissioning activities as per the agreed timelines with quality levels of GKSC.
  • His role will be to carry out error-free commissioning, training to customer handover of the system.
  • Post commissioning support troubleshooting of the system.
  • Responsibilities
  • Site commissioning in line with project schedule allotted budget.
  • Drive configuration testing.
  • Establish interface between PLC IT, PLC-PLC 3rd party/ boughtout solution.
  • System Integrated trials.
  • PLC program configuration changes as per guidance from HO team.
  • Snag list resolution
  • System operational maintenance training to customer
  • Smooth system handover to customer internal service team.
  • Maintain document daily work progress report.
  • As built project documentation.
  • Technical Skills
  • Functional Know How of Siemens TIA portal software.
  • Know How about industrial communication system viz. Profibus, Profinet, AS-I, etc.
  • Soft Skills
  • Good oral communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Learning Ability.
  • Team Work.
