About This Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and competent Delivery Manger with hands on Solution Design experience to join our dynamic team. As a core member of our development group, you will be responsible for people management and solutioning and building cutting-edge applications using the latest technologies. The successful candidate should possess the following mandatory skills and competences.
What you will do!
- Design and Development of New features in MITO Tools.
- Unit testing of the develop core.
- Functional testing. UAT support.
- Leading the R&D team in India
You will bring!
- Experience in managing team with 15 to 20 people spread across location
- Proficiency in Spring Boot Framework, Spring Cloud, JPA and Spring Data for building scalable and robust applications.
- Experience in using Maven build tools for managing project dependencies and creating deployment artifacts.
- Good IP Networking skills. Good Knowledge of High availability and scalability design patterns.
- Good knowledge of API gateways, reverse proxies, load balancing.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies with expertise in JUnit and Postman testing.
- Hands-on experience in developing microservices, applying design patterns, and implementing Event-driven architecture using RabbitMQ bus.
- Basic understanding of DevOps principles and practical usage of CI/CD tools like Gitlab CI and Docker Swarm.
- Experience in working with containerized applications, ensuring smooth deployment and scaling.
- Knowledge of Public and Private Cloud Platforms.
- Excellent communication skills: Verbal and written
Good to Have Skills!
- Experience with NodeJS, enabling you to chip into projects using this technology.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Golang, Graal, Nashorn, and Groovy, expanding your versatility in various tasks.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, allowing you to work on projects hosted in this environment.
- Understanding of Kubernetes, enabling you to give to projects that use container orchestration.
