Job Summary:

The Automation & AI Specialist is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions and AI-driven systems to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance decision-making across business processes.

• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and AI integration
• Develop and implement automation tools (Excel, scripts, RPA, etc.) to streamline operations
• Design AI-based solutions for data analysis, forecasting, and decision support
• Build dashboards and reports to track performance and process efficiency
• Integrate systems and ensure smooth data flow between different platforms
• Continuously monitor and optimize automated processes
• Train team members on new tools and automation practices
• Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and deliver solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Excel automation, scripting (Python preferred), or RPA tools
• Understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, ML basics, data analysis)
• Process improvement mindset
• Good communication and ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms
