Role Description
We are seeking a AutoCAD Trainer for a training project based in Gurugram. The project deliverables include delivering high-quality training sessions on AutoCAD software, preparing and updating course materials, and assisting corporate participants in mastering the software's functionalities. The AutoCAD Trainer will guide working professionals of a real estate developer through practical applications, provide troubleshooting support, and ensure knowledge retention through assessments and feedback.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related software tools, with an understanding of practical applications for design and drafting in Real Estate construction projects.
- Strong teaching, communication, and presentation skills to deliver effective training sessions and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in course preparation, content development, and the ability to customize training materials to meet diverse learner needs.
- Knowledge of contemporary construction practices, advanced design principles, BIM workflows, and practical exposure to large-scale projects is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical discipline; additional certifications in AutoCAD or BIM are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support training objectives and adapt to multiple learning styles.
- Hands-on industry experience in construction, design, drafting, or project management is preferred.
