AutoCAD Manager/ Team Leader - Millwork (US Projects)

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AutoCAD Manager/Team Leader specializing in Millwork for U.S. projects. Located in New Delhi, the role involves overseeing the production of architectural and construction drawings, leading a team, and managing project timelines to ensure timely delivery. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control measures, ensuring adherence to client specifications, and developing space plans in line with project needs. Collaborative communication with clients and coordination with internal departments will also be a key aspect of the role.

• Proficiency in Architectural Drawings, Construction Drawings, and technical drafting
• Experience in Space Planning and other project design processes
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead a technical team and manage project workflows
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Millwork (U.S. standards is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools; knowledge of Revit is an added advantage
