About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled AutoCAD Designer with strong expertise in Interior Design to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to create detailed interior drawings, space planning layouts, and working design documents for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities- Create accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed interior layouts
- Develop interior design working drawings for execution and site coordination
- Prepare furniture layouts, lighting plans, ceiling designs, and electrical/plumbing coordination drawings
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to convert concepts into technical drawings
- Ensure drawings meet project standards, timelines, and client requirements
- Support site teams with revisions, updates, and as-built drawings
- Maintain organized documentation of drawings and design files
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Proven experience in Interior Design drafting and execution drawings
- Knowledge of interior materials, furniture standards, and space planning
- Ability to interpret design concepts and convert them into detailed CAD plans
- Understanding of residential/commercial interior design norms
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in technical drawings
Preferred Qualifications- Diploma/Bachelor's in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Experience with additional tools like SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop is a plus
- Prior experience working with interior execution teams and site coordination
Experience Requirement- 2+ years of relevant experience in AutoCAD interior drafting (preferred)
- Freshers with exceptional skills and strong portfolio may also apply
