Autocad Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and redesign complex 3D layouts and drawings based on general written or verbal project specifications.
• Interpret and understand 3D drawings and design requirements.
• Produce accurate and detailed CAD drawings in compliance with industry and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with 3D visualizers/designers to gather reference information and creative direction.
• Work alongside project teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects.
• Review and troubleshoot design layouts to resolve compatibility and conceptual issues.
• Participate in design reviews with the creative team, providing constructive feedback and suggestions.
• Revise and correct drawings as per feedback and project needs.
• Provide alternative design solutions to meet client specifications and expectations.
• Maintain and update a database of design records for future reference and consistency.
• Assist with daily CAD drawing tasks and ongoing design work as required.
• Coordinate with the production team and conduct site visits/recce for project planning and execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 34 years of relevant experience in creative marketing or advertising agencies.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, especially AutoCAD; knowledge of 3DS Max is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and technical accuracy.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
