Office Timings: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday) & 5:00 am to 11:00 am (Saturday)

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Processor to support our Australian clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian mortgage industry and the ability to manage loan files from application to settlement.

Key Responsibilities: Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients to collect and verify required information Order property valuations, conduct credit checks, and verify income and employment Data entry into CRM systems and lender platforms Prepare and submit lender applications as per compliance guidelines Track loan progress and follow up to ensure timely settlement Maintain clear and up-to-date records of loan files Collaborate with internal teams and ensure compliance with Australian mortgage regulations

Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Australian mortgage processing (Loan processing for brokers or lenders) Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian lending processes, lender portals, and CRM systems Skills: o Excellent written and verbal English communication o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills o Ability to multitask and work within deadlines o Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
