Roles & Responsibilities:
1.ASPICE Assessments & Audits
- Conduct software process assessments in line with ASPICE guidelines.
- Perform audit variants including supplier self-evaluation, software potential analysis, and technical revisions.
- Define assessment scope, prepare plans, and align with stakeholders.
- Collect and evaluate objective evidence; deliver assessment reports with findings and recommendations.
2.Process Evaluation & Improvement
- Assess maturity and capability levels of software development processes.
- Identify gaps and non-conformities against ASPICE standards.
- Support process improvement planning and deployment.
- Collaborate with process owners to implement corrective actions.
3. Compliance & Audit Readiness
- Ensure readiness for internal and external ASPICE audits.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails in coordination with quality and engineering teams.
- Support supplier assessments and monitor compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Provisional Assessor Automotive SPICE (intacs certified).
- Strong experience in software development life cycle and quality assurance in automotive/embedded domains.
- In-depth knowledge of ASPICE process categories.
- Proven experience conducting formal assessments independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) Understanding of safety-related development processes and how they intersect with ASPICE.
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity Standards (ISO/SAE 21434) Awareness of security practices in automotive software development.
- Tool Proficiency Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, and Confluence for requirements and project tracking.
- Root Cause Analysis Strong skills in identifying underlying process issues and proposing actionable solutions.
- Project Management Basics Understanding of project lifecycle management, planning, and risk mitigation.
- Interpersonal Skills Ability to influence, facilitate discussions, and build rapport across cross-functional teams.
- Organizational Alignment Ability to ensure ASPICE compliance efforts are aligned with organizational objectives, collaborating effectively with managers and leadership to drive strategic quality initiatives
