Job Description
As an Audit Partner, you will be part of the firm's leadership team and report to the CEO directly. You will lead and oversee audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients while provide strategic direction and contribute to the overall growth of the firm. You are expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. You will need to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the highest levels of audit quality. As one of the senior leaders in the firm, you will mentor and develop the next generation of audit professionals within the firm. Last but not least, you will collaborate with fellow partners to shape firm strategy and enhance service offerings.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should be a qualified accountant (CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) with at least 12 year's of extensive audit experience. You have a proven track record in managing audit teams and complex client portfolios. You possess strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulatory requirements. You must have demonstrated excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth. Previous experience at Partner or Director level within a professional services firm is highly desirable.
