Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic insights to enhance their business operations.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
  • Collaborate with other partners and senior management to drive business development initiatives and expand the firm's market presence.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of the audit profession.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes of the firm, aligning audit services with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a reputable audit firm.
  • Ability to sign audit reports and ensure all engagements comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Proven track record of managing large audit engagements and delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
