Job Title: Audit Executive
Location: Hubli (with travel in and around Hubli)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Audit Executive to conduct stock audits, inventory audits, and physical verification of FMCG products across multiple locations in and around Hubli. The role involves regular field travel. All
travel, food, and accommodation expenses will be borne by the company .
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stock audits and inventory audits at warehouses, distributors, and retail points
- Perform physical verification of FMCG products and reconcile with system records
- Identify discrepancies, shortages, excess stock, and report findings accurately
- Prepare audit reports and share observations with the management team
- Ensure compliance with internal audit processes and procedures
- Maintain proper documentation and audit records
- Travel to multiple locations in and around Hubli as per audit schedule
Requirements Qualifications
- Experience in stock audit, inventory audit, and physical verification (FMCG experience preferred)
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, simple reports, reconciliation)
- Understanding of inventory control and audit procedures
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Good attention to detail and basic analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet audit timelines
