Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audiology Trainer, based in Noida. The Audiology Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs on audiology products and services, enhancing technical proficiency, and ensuring knowledge transfer to clients, partners, and internal teams. The role involves designing training modules, assessing training needs, and providing hands-on demonstration sessions to ensure proficiency with audiological instruments and tools. The Audiology Trainer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training content with business objectives and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in audiology concepts and familiarity with audiological tools and diagnostic techniques
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs, with excellent presentation and instructional skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to assess training needs and implement tailored solutions to improve learning outcomes
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-learning tools or platforms
• Resourcefulness, adaptability, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple training sessions
• Relevant certification or degree in audiology, hearing sciences, or a related field is highly desirable
• Min. 5 years experience in a training, mentorship, or educational capacity within the audiology
