Audiologist

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Audiologist. Based in Mumbai, the Audiologist will conduct both in-person and remote evaluations, consultations, and follow-ups to assess and manage hearing and balance disorders. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic tests, reviewing results, recommending appropriate interventions, and fitting hearing aids or assistive devices. The role also involves educating patients and their families on hearing health and supporting their rehabilitation journey. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is an integral part of this position to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care.

• Expertise in audiometric testing, hearing aid fitting, and vestibular assessment
• Proficiency in patient counseling, communication, and education strategies
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and tools for hearing and balance disorders
• Skill in using diagnostic audiology equipment and tools accurately
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model and provide both in-person and remote care
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology or a related field
• Relevant licensing or certification as required by local regulatory authorities
• Empathy and a patient-centric approach to care
• Prior experience working with children and adults is an advantage
