Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for an Audiologist. In this role, the Audiologist will be responsible for performing hearing evaluations, interpreting audiometric results, and recommending suitable hearing aids and solutions. The Audiologist will also be tasked with providing patient education on hearing health, delivering personalized fitting and adjustments for hearing aids, and ensuring excellent follow-up care to ensure patient satisfaction. Collaboration with the care team and documentation of patient cases will also be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in audiological evaluations, audiometry, and interpretation of test results
• Experience in hearing aid fitting, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Skills in patient counseling, education, and personalized care delivery
• Familiarity with technology such as remote audiometry tools and AI-powered hearing solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology or Speech Language Pathology
• Relevant certification or licensure as an Audiologist is required
