Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Punjab, India, open to Audiologists, Assistant Audiologists, Speech Language Pathologists, Assistant SLPs, and Speech Therapists. The role involves conducting assessments for speech and hearing impairments, developing individualized treatment or intervention plans, and providing ongoing therapy or hearing rehabilitation sessions. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical records, monitoring client progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Team members collaborate with colleagues and families, educate clients and caregivers about therapy goals and hearing solutions, and participate in community outreach or awareness activities as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Speech and Speech Therapy, with the ability to deliver structured, goal-oriented interventions.
  • Knowledge of Communication and Communication Disorders, including assessment and treatment of diverse client needs.
  • Expertise in Articulation and related therapeutic techniques to address speech sound production challenges.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Audiology, Speech Language Pathology, Speech Therapy, or a related field (assistant roles may require appropriate certification or training).
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with applicable professional bodies, as per local regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain professional, empathetic interactions with clients and families.
  • Good documentation, organizational, and time-management skills, with basic proficiency in using clinical or office software.
  • Prior clinical experience in speech or hearing rehabilitation is preferred, especially in community or clinic-based settings.
