We are looking for an experienced Audio BSP Developer / Audio Application Engineer with strong signalprocessing knowledge and handson expertise in porting, optimizing, and implementing audio algorithms and codecs in Linuxbased systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, port, and optimize audio algorithms and codecs on embedded Linux platforms
- Work on Audio BSP (Board Support Package) development, integration, and debugging
- Implement and finetune audio processing pipelines for performance and quality
- Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and system teams to ensure seamless audio subsystem integration
- Troubleshoot audio issues at the system, framework, and driver levels
- Work with both analog and digital audio interfaces such as ADC, DAC, PCM, I2S, etc.
- Contribute to documentation and support audio validation teams
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP) concepts
- Experience in audio algorithm implementation, optimization, and porting
- Good understanding of Linux audio frameworks (ALSA, PulseAudio, PipeWire; JACK is a plus)
- Hands-on experience working with ADC, DAC, PCM, I2S and other audio interfaces
- Experience with embedded C/C++ for audio and system-level programming
- Knowledge of Python for automation, testing, or scripting
- Working exposure to audio BSP development is highly desirable
