Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support across IBM's business units and global functions.
Support transactional activities, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial, services, software, and cloud contracts.
Advise on regulatory compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and data protection matters.
Offer counsel on non-transactional legal issues, including procurement, HR, real estate, and finance-related matters.
Support and advise in contractual disputes, litigation management, and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with global legal teams to enhance efficiency and consistency in legal service delivery.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Legal CoE to drive operational excellence.
Work independently on legal matters, exercising sound judgment and demonstrating a high level of integrity and ethical conduct.
