Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Attending Consultant at Medanta, Emergency Department based in Gurugram. The Attending Consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in their specialty, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute treatment plans. Responsibilities include conducting medical assessments, performing treatments or procedures, and ensuring compliance with medical standards and policies. The role also involves mentoring junior medical staff and maintaining accurate patient records.
Qualifications
- Ability to provide medical expertise in the field of specialization, alongside clinical decision-making and patient-care skills.
- Experience in diagnosing and managing complex cases, along with proficiency in performing relevant medical procedures and surgeries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with patients, families, and healthcare teams effectively.
- Commitment to medical ethics, ongoing learning, and adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.
- MD Emergency Medicine, MEM, DNB Emergency or equivalent in a recognized specialty field; relevant certifications and licenses as required.
