Description
We are looking for an experienced Attendant / Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on security and safety. This is a full-time position with benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of all personnel and property
- Control and manage access to the facility, checking identification, and ensuring authorized entry
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and staff, answering questions and providing information as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities, completing reports as required
- Perform routine security checks and inspections, identifying and addressing any potential hazards or risks
- Assist with crowd control and event security as needed
- Cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
- Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations
