Rusk Studios has produced flagship unscripted properties such as Battleground on Amazon MX Player, India's first fitness entertainment competition featuring celebrity mentors like Shikhar Dhawan, Rubina Dilaik, Fukra Insaan, Rajat Dalal and Asim Riaz andEngaged on JioHotstar featuring Urfi Javed and Harsh Gujral, a high-engagement reality show exploring modern relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage onboarding and coordination of ATL talent, including hosts, writers, directors, and creative consultants for unscripted content.
  2. Support the preparation, review, and tracking of contracts, agreements, and documentation related to ATL talent and creative partners.
  3. Work closely with the production and finance teams to monitor ATL budgets, track payments, and ensure cost efficiency across projects.
  4. Coordinate shoot schedules, meetings, and rehearsals with talent, directors, and key creative stakeholders.
  5. Liaise with creative, production, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of shows and campaigns.
  6. Assist in identifying and managing external creative partners, agencies, and freelancers involved in productions.
  7. Provide operational support during pre-production and shoot phases, ensuring all ATL requirements are aligned and fulfilled.
  8. Maintain updated trackers for ATL talent, contracts, and budgets, and provide periodic reports to the management team.
  9. Ensure all ATL operations follow internal policies, documentation standards, and legal compliance.
  10. Coordinate post-shoot deliverables related to social media marketing from the channel side, ensuring timely execution of promotional assets and campaign integrations.

Qualifications:

  1. 810 years of experience in ATL Operations, preferably within unscripted content, reality shows, or digital/OTT productions.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Media & Communication
