Job Summary
The Robotics Trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering robotics and coding
instruction to students as per CBSE guidelines and school curriculum. The role involves
fostering innovation, problem-solving, and hands-on learning through robotics, automation,
and STEM-based activities, while supporting school initiatives such as ATL programs,
competitions, and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct robotics, coding, and STEM classes for students across assigned
grades
Design age-appropriate, hands-on learning activities using robotics kits and software
Maintain and manage robotics lab equipment and resources
Guide students in projects, innovation challenges, exhibitions, and competitions
Integrate robotics concepts with curriculum subjects where applicable
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Prepare lesson plans, activity reports, and documentation as required
Ensure safety protocols are followed during lab sessions
Support school events related to STEM, ATL, and innovation
Collaborate with teachers and school leadership for interdisciplinary learning
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a
related field
Certification or training in Robotics, Coding, or STEM education (preferred)
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of robotics kits, sensors, controllers, and programming platforms
Familiarity with block-based and text-based coding environments
Ability to engage and motivate school students
Good classroom management and communication skills
Creativity, problem-solving, and innovation-oriented mindset
Experience
Prior experience teaching robotics or STEM to school students is preferred
Freshers with strong technical skills and aptitude for teaching may also be considered

ATL In-charge / STEM Coordinator / School Principal
Working Conditions
School-based role with classroom and lab sessions
May require additional hours during events, competitions, or workshops
