Job Opportunity: ATE Test Engineer / Semiconductor Test Specialist

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Mandatory Education: Diploma candidates are required (Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / or related fields).
Preferred Expertise
We are looking for candidates with specific exposure to the following areas:
- Testing Domains: Proven experience in Wafer Testing and Package Testing.
- Hardware Handling: Hands-on experience with probers and handlers.
- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of ATMP (Assembly, Test, and Packaging) processes.
- Lifecycle: Experience with EOL (End-of-Line) testing processes.
- Maintenance: Strong background in equipment setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution: Perform ATE testing for semiconductor devices strictly adhering to defined test plans.
- Development: Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs to ensure efficiency.
- Analysis: Analyze test data to identify failures, yield loss, and quality issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design and product engineering teams to drive test improvements.
- Equipment Management: Ensure calibration, maintenance, and maximum uptime of test equipment.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical reports and test documentation.
Required Skills
- Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne, Advantest, LTX, or equivalent.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose hardware and software issues.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of semiconductor device physics and test methodologies.
- Automation: Knowledge of scripting/programming for test automation is preferred (but not mandatory).
