ASU Operations Engineers

Role Description

The ASU Operations Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance (O&M) of air separation units (ASU) and other industrial gas systems. Tasks include regular monitoring and troubleshooting of equipment, implementing process improvements, ensuring system reliability, and providing technical support to ensure plant efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve operational issues
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients
• Relevant experience in O&M of industrial gas systems and familiarity with cryogenic and non-cryogenic systems
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Control Systems, Mechanical, or a related field)
• Knowledge of safety standards and protocol in plant operations
• Strong communication and documentation skills
